As the new year rolls in, so does our first NZAGE event for 2018! On Tuesday 13 February, we invite you to join us for a session about My eQuals, a platform being used by all eight New Zealand universities to provide students and graduates with digital versions of transcripts and academic documents.
The move to digital records enables students to more easily share these documents with potential employers, accreditation bodies, universities and research organisations here and overseas, as well as other parties. It also minimises the potential for document fraud, assures the integrity of New Zealand academic qualifications and safeguards the quality and reputation of the university sector.
The My eQuals initiative is being managed by Higher Ed Services, the commercial arm of Universities Australia, and is being rolled out across 47 universities in Australia and New Zealand.
