Come listen to Shane Wratt (Outward Bound) and David Mann (Management Development Specialist, The Warehouse) co-present the partnership formed between their two organizations to facilitate an innovative and motivating development initiative for a recent group of Warehouse graduates.
While many training and development courses are designed to be run in a classroom or workplace setting, Outward Bound uses the mountains, bush and waterways of New Zealand as their classroom.
At this event, you will have a chance to ask questions around how this initiative was implemented and the challenges faced while also collaborating with your industry peers on what training is appropriate and effective for graduates in today’s working world.
This is an exciting opportunity not to be missed, we hope to see you all there!
NB: This event will also be running in Wellington on Thursday 28th August, please feel free to request a calendar invite for that event be sent to your Wellington based colleagues. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
