Full membership includes a discounted rate to attend Summit and the Industry Awards, free access to survey reports for participating employer members, regular newsletters and being part of an industry body advocating for the early talent recruitment industry in New Zealand.

You can pay your membership by direct debit to pay an invoice or via PayPal.

No. All our events are for members only.

Yes, non-members are welcome to attend. However ticket prices include the cost of membership for your organisation.

The surveys are open to all member and non-member graduate and intern employers to complete. However, employer members who participate in a survey will receive that survey report for free. Associate members can purchase survey reports at a discounted rate. Survey reports are not made available to non-members.

The Association is led by a dedicated board and committee of volunteers who donate their time to help manage our member offering. All our board and committee volunteers have ‘day jobs’​ as early talent leaders at one of the NZAGE’s member organisations. This structure gives the NZAGE a unique ability to provide our members and the wider early talent industry with valuable and relevant services.
