Andrena leads Early Careers recruitment for Fulton Hogan’s Auckland region delivering
graduate and intern initiatives. With over 15 years of experience across the UK, Australia,
and New Zealand, she has led talent strategies in engineering, aviation, and finance and
founded a boutique recruitment business in Australia focused on the events sector.

Passionate about developing future talent, she is committed to increasing Māori and Pasifika
STEM representation and expanding opportunities for women in engineering fostering a
more diverse and inclusive industry.

As a committee member for NZAGE, Andrena works alongside industry leaders to drive best
practices in early careers recruitment, enhance talent development strategies, and support
New Zealand’s next generation of professionals.
