Chelsea leads the recruitment across the Graduate, Internship and Apprenticeship programmes at Fonterra. She’s passionate about helping young people find meaningful career pathways and improving diverse representation within the co-operative.

Having worked at Fonterra for over 10 years in a range of roles, Chelsea is a strong advocate for the dairy industry and enjoys highlighting the wide variety of careers it can offer to emerging talent. She’s particularly interested in how we can better support young talent to build careers in New Zealand,  whether that’s encouraging them to stay, or making it appealing for them to return after gaining experience overseas.

Chelsea joined the NZAGE Committee in 2026.
