Naomi leads early careers talent programs at Watercare, overseeing and delivering graduate, intern, apprenticeship, cadetship, and work experience initiatives. She is a graduate of the University of Auckland and brings 15 years of talent experience across New Zealand and the United Kingdom in transport, social services, and utilities, with specialist skills in selection and psychometrics.

Naomi is dedicated to amplifying young voices and delivering impactful career programs, helping to found initiatives like the Watercare Young Professionals Network. Passionate about youth empowerment, she focuses on crafting meaningful opportunities that lead to fulfilling careers for emerging talent.

Naomi joined the NZAGE Committee in 2024.
