Rebecca leads Talent & Early Careers at BDO NZ, bringing over 15 years of experience in recruitment and marketing. She is passionate about the early careers space, which offers a dynamic and inspiring environment that continually evolves to meet the needs of the next generation of leaders.

A strong advocate for inclusion, diversity, and equality, Rebecca is committed to creating opportunities that empower students with the tools and support they need for a bright and fulfilling future. She believes in lifelong learning and continuous development, both for herself and those around her.

Rebecca takes a hands-on approach and thrives in collaborative, team-driven environments. In 2025, she joined the NZAGE committee and looks forward to building strong networks and contributing to the growth of New Zealand’s innovative early careers community.
