Sam is the New Zealand Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Manager at EY. With a career in Early Careers Recruitment that began in 2018, she initially focused on recruiting for the graduate programme at Clyde & Co, a prominent international firm in the UK. After gaining valuable experience, Sam returned to New Zealand to lead Deloitte’s graduate programme.

Passionate about nurturing early career talent, Sam believes that embarking on one’s first full-time career is a pivotal moment in life. She finds immense fulfilment in guiding individuals to make informed decisions that align with their aspirations. In her role at EY, Sam also actively mentors both internally and externally, contributing to Unity, EY’s LGBTQIAA+ group, and volunteering at a primary and secondary school serving low socio-economic communities.

Beyond her professional commitments, Sam is a dedicated Group Fitness Instructor at Les Mills and serves as a Mentor at Youthline, further demonstrating her commitment to empowering others.
