Sam works as a Senior Consultant in the Campus Recruitment team at EY. Her career in graduate recruitment spans back to 2018 where she recruited across the graduate programme for a large international firm in the UK called Clyde & Co. Following this she returned to New Zealand and led Deloitte’s graduate programme. Sam is passionate about all thing’s early careers. One of the most pivotal points in a person’s life is embarking on their first full-time career and helping and guiding them to make the decision that is right for them is an incredibly rewarding position to be in. Within Sam’s role at EY she also takes part in mentoring in Unity (EY’s LGBTQIAA+ group), and at a low socio-economic primary and secondary school. Outside of work she is a Group Fitness Instructor at Les Mills and a Mentor at Youthline.
