Trish runs the Powerco graduate program and is heavily involved in the Powerco intern program. She has a real passion for developing early talent, her enthusiasm shines through in the way she engages with young engineers, and she gives them every chance for success.

She is passionate about developing her skills and those of her peers to ensure that the early talent sector remains ever improving and growing.

Trish finds immense fulfilment in guiding graduates through their early careers from first working in the corporate sector to deciding on their full-time career paths. In her role at Powerco Trish actively guides graduates to become their best selves with a large focus on their work / life balance and mental health.

Trish joined the NZAGE Committee in 2025.
