Terms and Conditions for the Sale of NZAGE Summit and Awards 2026 Tickets: 

1. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing tickets for the NZAGE Summit and Awards 2026, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Ticket Pricing
Ticket prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST).

3. Refund and Change of Date Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of invoice status.
If event dates change, tickets will automatically transfer to the new dates.

4. Ticket Transferability and Designated Use
Tickets are issued for the named delegate only and cannot be shared between two or more individuals, regardless of whether the ticket holder attends all or part of the event.
Tickets may only be transferred to another individual from the same organisation upon request and at NZAGE’s discretion.

5. Event Admission
Admission is subject to venue capacity and NZAGE’s policies. NZAGE reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for disruptive behaviour, failure to follow instructions, or violation of event rules, without refund.

6. Event Changes
NZAGE may change schedules, programmes, speakers, venues, or other aspects of the event without notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds or compensation.

7. Photography and Recording
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. NZAGE may use these materials without additional consent or compensation.

8. Code of Conduct
Delegates must behave respectfully and professionally toward other attendees, speakers, staff, and sponsors. Violation of this code may result in removal from the event without refund.

9. Health and Safety
Delegates participate at their own risk. NZAGE is committed to safety but accepts no liability for personal injury, illness, or property damage. Delegates must follow all health and safety instructions from NZAGE, the venue, or authorities.

10. Indemnity
Delegates agree to indemnify and hold NZAGE harmless from claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from their actions, including violations of venue policies, third-party claims, or unlawful conduct.

11. Consent for Information Sharing
By registering, delegates consent to sharing their name, company, and email with:

– Employer Members attending the Summit and Awards

– Associate Members sponsoring the Summit and Awards

Information is shared to facilitate professional networking. Delegates must handle shared information respectfully and confidentially. NZAGE is not liable for attendee misuse of shared information.

12. Intellectual Property Rights
Delegates may not record, reproduce, or distribute event content without prior written consent from NZAGE or content owners. Presentations or slides may be shared post- event at presenters’ discretion.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
