NZAGE recently partnered with the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) to host a webinar exploring how early careers and graduate programmes are evolving across New Zealand and Australia.

The session brought together practitioners from both sides of the Tasman to discuss the trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the future of graduate recruitment and development. A key theme throughout the discussion was the impact of AI on candidate behaviour, recruitment processes and programme design, alongside the growing need for organisations to continually innovate while demonstrating the value and impact of their early careers initiatives.

Our panel shared practical insights from their own organisations and reflected on how employers are responding to changing candidate expectations, emerging technologies and evolving workforce needs.
